HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
All items are shipped via USPS. Shipping times depend on the shipping address and selected shipping method. Orders are shipped out from Central Florida.
Any orders for "In Stock" items will usually be shipped out within the following 1-2 business days. Custom items are made to order. Any orders that include custom merch will have a 4-12 business days turnaround time (dependent on in-stock materials), before they are shipped (with the shipping speed you select at checkout) and you receive an email with a tracking number. If it's been more than 12 business days, please note that production times can be delayed during high volume sales times. Don't worry! Your order is still in production and you WILL receive that tracking email very soon.
Please keep in mind Peak Seasons, Holidays, and Office Hours.
We will be out of the office from 7/1/24-7/20/24, so any orders placed during that timeframe or before will be paused and we will resume production and shipping starting 7/21.
Please place any custom orders with these turnaround times in mind. If you have a specific timeline that is sooner than the 12 business day window, feel free to reach out (via website chat or DM on Instagram @tailgatefever) prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate your deadline. In most situations we can, however we always strongly encourage double checking with us prior to ordering as our refund/cancellations policy is firm.
WILL I GET SHIPPING/TRACKING INFORMATION?
All shipping details and USPS tracking numbers will be forwarded once your transaction is approved, your order is placed and sent off.
Once packages are dropped off, they are out of our hands. If lost or stolen you can contact and/or file a claim with USPS.
If a package gets returned to Tailgate Fever, you are responsible for shipping to reship your item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At Tailgate Fever we strive to provide the best quality products and services to our customers.
All sales are final and no refunds or returns are accepted.
However, we understand that mistakes can happen and exceptions will only be made if the custom item is somehow flawed with regards to design requests upon initial reception (e.g. red instead of blue, design #1 instead of design #2). We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY CUSTOM COLLEGE ITEMS?

Wash garments inside out.

For bralettes or smaller/delicate items, we recommend turning the garment inside out and placing it in a mesh laundry bag before washing.

Machine wash on the coldest setting

Use mild/gentle detergent

Do not use bleach, hot water, or leave garments Wet.

Machine dry your items (still with the garments turned inside out) on the coolest and most gentle setting, preferably (tumble dry low), or hang or lie flat and air dry.

Do not iron or heat custom designs directly without parchment paper or cloth covering the custom design.
* It's normal for prints to have slight wrinkles post washing/drying. Lay a piece of parchment paper over the print and dry iron.
Please note: It is unlikely but possible for tie-dye items to slightly fade or bleed in the wash depending on settings. We recommend washing these items in their own individual washing load., following the same instructions as mentioned above.
